Considering picking up a pair, cuz, well, there's no fricken way I'm ever going to spend thousands on a ribbon mic. Has anyone used them? Are they worth getting? They're like, pretty cheap.

They're pretty nice, I think. And for the price it's a steal.

Freakishly good mics for the bucks.

Going for the Blumlein pair...?

Wow, been reading up about them, they sound great, love to get the Blumlein pair for recording live duo acoustic guitar and vox(my workshop has great acoustics for that), apparently they pick up equally as well on both sides Smile
Need to get better pre-amps to go with them though i guess Sad

They do sound pretty damned good for the price though.

Not sure.... I don't really need them per se, but they're pretty damned cheap, and I'm trying to find "bang for buck" mics to expand my collection as I don't have all that much $.

If you guys like em I'll probably nab a pair eventually.
